If my brother (who also knows and is experienced in ac work) says someone is extremely good, honest, and trustworthyin what they do, then you better believe it is so. I didn't even bother to check for another contractor.2) JASON'S wife, JENNIFER, took the time to explain EVERYTHING. She never rushed through to get off the phone (since I do become quite involved with questions). She responded to texts in a timely manner and with clarity.I read many reviews regarding people's experiences with contractors. One of the things I read over and over and was a major concern for me, were the many comments of profound frustrations people faced once they realized their warranties were not filed (through their oversight) or if they didn't interpret them correctly if/and/or whenthe unit begins to experience problems. There are little, fine lines written in warranties if which we don't fully read or interpret. I am not saying they read a warranty for you; that is our job. But, Jennifer will file it for you, and make sure you have it along with the job description.Technically, when many contractors have your money, they are done and long gone. Not a problem here. Jennifer did not know I had read all of the information I mentioned previously. One of the first things she told me was: WE TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. I FILE THE WARRANTY INFORMATION MYSELF so you don't have to worry about it, and I will make sure you have it. 3) The work and time involved to install my heat pump was not rushed. After installation,I had questions about a few things andJason and Jennifer came out to make sure everything was up to par. Who does that?Only good, honest, and trustworthy people.4) I know if anything comes up, they won't push me to the bottom and maybe come when they feel like it.They are my kind of people: down to earth,hard workers, and so very friendly. Above all, I would never put someone high up on a pedestal if I felt otherwise andespecially since I have only known them for a short time.
